My focus is in supporting you in your process as you seek solutions, resolve present/past issues, and reach your personal goals. We will look at what you can do in the present day to improve/cope with your situation, and will also determine if there are any “filters” from past relationships which are interfering with your goals and relationships.
With the traditional therapies, I also utilize DNMS, (Developmental Needs Meeting Therapy). This focuses on one’s strengths and strengthens one’s core self.
Brainspotting and EMDR are trauma therapies that I also use but they are also used on a wide range of issues.
This is an exciting time to seek therapy as there are many more therapeutic options which are extremely effective in helping people to lead happier and fuller lives. Because each individual’s situation is different, I feel that it is important to have a varied range of therapeutic skills.
