My focus is in supporting you in your process as you seek solutions, resolve present/past issues, and reach your personal goals. We will look at what you can do in the present day to improve/cope with your situation, and will also determine if there are any “filters” from past relationships which are interfering with your goals and relationships.

With the traditional therapies, I also utilize DNMS, (Developmental Needs Meeting Therapy). This focuses on one’s strengths and strengthens one’s core self.

Brainspotting and EMDR are trauma therapies that I also use but they are also used on a wide range of issues.

As an Asian Therapist in Denver, my background and life experience inform a culturally thoughtful and sensitive approach to treatment. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and DNMS to help you work through experiences at a depth that feels manageable and meaningful.

I believe healing happens in a space where you feel understood, supported and not rushed. We focus on building awareness, developing internal resources, and allowing change to unfold in a way that feels sustainable.
